As member of the Genießerrestaurants- & hotels our houses counts towards the leading hotel kitchens in the alpine area. By the Relax Guide our hotel kitchen was elected as third best of Austria.
The Á la Carte Guide 2010 awarded our kitchen with 3 stars and 81 points. From the Guide Michelin we received the „Red Wineleaf“ for outstanding wine culture.

Our kitchen chef, David Kostner, learned his craft in the legendary „Adler“. After stops in the Sacher, Palace Luzern and in London at Gordon Ramsey and in the Embassy he joined us in October 2009 wealth of international experience.
